Event Terms and Conditions

Registration and Payment:  Payment must be received in full to confirm registration. Registrations are transferable to another individual within the same organization at the same tier (Member or Non-Member) but you must notify us by email [email protected].

Event Details: Event details, including schedule and speakers, are subject to change without notice.
HSMAI South Florida Chapter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, registered attendees will be notified promptly.

Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to adhere to HSMAI South Florida's Chapter's Code of Conduct during events. HSMAI South Florida's Chapter reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the Code of Conduct without a refund.

Photography and Videography: By attending the event, attendees grant HSMAI South Florida's Chapter the right to use photographs and/or videos taken at the event for promotional purposes.

Disclaimer: HSMAI South Florida Chapter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during the event.
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
